    Is it really necessary for every one who gets a CS ticket response thats NOT an auto response to post a topic about it? We do realize they respond once in a while...[/b]
    LOL U KIDING? thats an automated response- means, they just select from a drop menu on what to send you. dude i never in my LIFE got a response from KO, like a normal one that you would get from a real customer service. K2 is a joke when it comes to customer service. and i know 95% of people on here will agree.

    ps. SPRINT CUSTOMERR SERVICE FUCKING SUCKS!!!!! If i could afford a lighter (after sspending all my money on PUS) id burn their dam building down.
