K2'd, how many bugs are there gonna be?

2 nights ago, im on d3, I burned my sword of Gangsta to +3, as everyone knows by now. So i decide to preview my raptor +5 rebirthed to +6, just curious to see what it would be at +6. During my preview, the servers went down, I think it was around 10 p.m. my time (california, USA). I think oh well, I wasnt gonna upgrade anyway. I wait 10-20 minutes, then my friend Eric tells me the servers are up. I log back in d3, and my raptor is gone <_< Im really just about fed up with this game, all kinds of bugs and errors that fuck us over. The sad part is, is that my name isnt Tez or Glarfist, so I know im not gonna get a rollback for this, so Im gonna have to make another damn raptor +8. I sent a CS ticket, but still no response -_-

P.S. Im 100% positive that I didn't upgrade my raptor
