The thing is- You need to be a little lucky to get the JACKPOT thingy- prem or non-prem i think it happens equally often. But You need to be premium to actually get the extra exp. I made a test with my GF. She kept getting those JACKPOTS all the time and no extra exp (non-prem). We bought a premium on the same char and extra exp started to kick in.
The coolest thing however about this event is that i actually feel like exping
