First of all, go 59. Higher AC/HP/AP.

Also some new skills like impact, manes etc.

Secondly, RON +8 is made for crystal built mages. So stay the fuk crystal. +9 is cool, but so freaking hard to make lol. More based on luck then something else :P

Gave you the advise you should know, its all up to you now to decide which built matches you the best. Try out and find out. (money seems no problemo in ur case, so reskill&restat to try out all builds).
