all i kno is if u plan to be active in the new server for a LONG TIME.... dont clan with any ggs cuz 4 months and that clan will be dead so ppl can move to new servers.

Nope, think about it, the start of a new server, for 3 or 4 days, people flooding the new server to see if they do well are buying gold prem, gryphon(with valks gone), exp scrolls, its a lot of $ for K2, they'll keep releasing new servers so long as people keep causing a nice monetary gain when one comes out.

sometimes its not all about np, i dont have the time i used to in playing this game so dragon is impossible for me in any server, however i wont play this game with out friends. I dont think any1 could play this game long w/o good ingame ppls. And the reason i quit logos was i didnt even have a computer to play it with n by the time i could play all my friends quit.

And on topic- from what i see K2 is tasting the waters since they were late on girakon so they want to determine how many people are serious on moving to the new server. If they see there is a huge base, then expect them to release it early.
