i told him we doing paypal and i want money b4 sending info

so what i want to know... to be safe on paypal ill take money out of it
if im at 0$ and he charges back.. im i gonna go into a -200$?

Umm, I don't think it's a good idea to do that trade in the first place, but that's just my opinion.
Remove your bank account/credit card from your paypal account.

yes paypal will bring your balance into negative and freeze your account until you bring it back to +$0
paypal is so gay... whats up with that charge back bullshit.. put there to be abused
just use wu x_x for people that are not trustable-certified wu is the easiest way to go...no way for the seller to get scammed

even if you take the money out and remove your cc's and such, they will still make your paypal balance go negative its pretty gay shit

tried that before. it goes negative, then paypal has a loan shark company that knows ur credit which will send u a letter. then u will be forced to pay. Its stupid to think u can scam a corporation.
If you can prove you gave the items/char whatever they cannot make you pay.
From what I heard its like this:
You will make buyer send you money on your PP account, then you will immediately withraw them to your bank account and wait estimated time (3-4 days in usa/ 5-7 working days in Europe etc). After waiting that time you will make sure money are in your bank account and you can contact the buyer then, giving him item. At this point if he seeks to scam you (chargeback) only what he can achieve is ban(freeze) your PP account, but however he tries he cant get his money back and same goes for you, you will not loose money, so worse what will happen to you is loosing your PP account. (which you can make new one easily)
Please correct me if I am wrong on anything.
