The ONLY customer support I have received from knight online was about 3 years ago or so when I played on Adonis and Xigenon. They had a telephone number we found and live customer support chat. It was beautiful. The support agents were fluent in English (Main server population at the time was English) and there was pretty much a GM in almost every good clan's ventrilo. There was alot of corruption and duping at the time, but I would much rather prefer that then this automated bullshit there is now.

if k2 would use there brain they'd make there game run itself with player mods it worked for jagex and god willing it can work for k2
