i believe they did that cuz they wanted the unskilled rogues(koxpers) to get over run by other char. since they got rid of god mode - only threat there is is koxp and with the new potions > low lvl Rogues with rental gear and no skill would be fucked << im talking about ardream and RLB ofc.
