Phantoms in abyss used to drop them. They could still be droping.. I have around 1300 left from KE.. In xigenon every archers used to sell them for 1 mil each in decemeber of 2005.

Phantoms were the only mob that droped them. I&#39;m 100% sure that they do NOT drop anymore. Not since the ROFD patch. They drop BUS instead now.

35% and 20% are still dropped by the respective mobs.
