I think most chars leveled to 45 are pretty much players and not leechers, however turks will STILL make accounts. You do not know how desperate players can be to gain something or stand out from the others, no matter what nationality.

they have a way now to fix the bug that caused ppl to get kings like that and new moradon will prevent ppl from even entering till lvl 45 papiand they should also do
if a new server comes out the first month/2months NO KING

60+ would be gay cause dlw chars wouldn't be able to vote =\GROBS nice idea , i also think its fair and i even think need to be 60+ , have enough players 60+ for vote , they making accounts 100% and have no fun in that.

For old servers like Ares/Beramus/Diez should be from 65+K2 should change this becouse Turks making milions 20lvl + chars and voting for them selfs , it's imposible to beat them.
So K2 please Change voting lvl from 20 to 58 or even higher.
