best i've made is +9 wood and it was 1/8 for me but maybe just luck

tried 30 ironbows +8 before none went to +9 so i think its all on luck.

Thats pretty close... actually, if you use a Trina after +8, going from 8 to 9 isn't that hard. I'd say 2% chance without a trina, but I dont have scientific evidence to back that up... since +8 is hard to come by.

i tried over 40 highclass items +8 to +9 and none went lol

then tried a +7 to +8 and succeded , and then 24 more +7s and none went +8 .. hm..


on another test i tried 13 iron bows +8 to +9 , 12 burned and last one went +9

If you are turkish, you get a 48% better succes rate. That would explain how they all have +8- +9 weapons
