1: Do not use letter system, if youre dcing while sending something itll get lost (thats the only way to lose stuff that way of waht i heard)
2: Theres no chance u can get it back.
3: why send a letter to a char on the same account? O_O
4: 11 gbs is nothing, chitins +7 and cleavers +8 is crap XD
5: always double check the name u write in mails, its prolly your own fault, if the first 11 letters was a success and the rest wasnt, miss-spelling ftw!

U should have got a friend to help u with it...
