now lets break it down reasons someone would babashop

Not enough time to play the game but wish to enjoy it to the full extent .

Not skilled enough to make +8 and rather jus not waist time breaking all kinds of items .

Lazy not interested in farming ur items and upgrading.

but now look reason people shop in pus

Not enough time to play the game so they buy symbol scrolls to lvl fast.

Not skilled enough to upg with buss so buy kc to get trina.

Lazy not interested in farming items and upgrading so they sell scrolls for coins and buy items.

ok we've established that there is a very small line between babashop and power up store .

so which is legit which isn't power up store is obviously legit cuz its allowed but then again for longest time k2's tos consist buying items from other people = no support ( never really mentioned they'd be deleted etcetc and really only reason they say nething bout buying items n is cuz they didn't wanna help ppl when they didn't receive there items) . i never really read while back that babashopped items were illegal jus gms called them illegal and obtain illegal is against tos .

babashop hate is so hypocritical first off there is a small line between legit players quiting and selling for usd and hackers selling

first off there no way to determine if a babashop wanted to appear legit he could jus say quiting selling usd and ppl wouldn't know any better.

2nd how do u know if a babashoper is a db hacker or a just a hacker/scammer or jus someone who farms hard as fuck

babashopping - selling legal game items for cash, apart from scammers i dont have a problem with this.

Selling illegal items for cash (+8 scrolls etc) pisses me off though - but there is no substitute for skill anyway

I just think we all miss the point here. KO is a game its meant to be played for fun, friendship, something to do on winter nights when theres nothing else to do, time away from your wife/girlfriend etc.

When people start trying to make a job out of it buying/selling for USD to be honest i find that sad. Get a job at macdonalds ffs you would make more money than trying to earn cash from KO. Its a game and i think it should be played like one unfortunatly peoples greed gets the better of them and all they see is potential $$$$

if someone buys for USD it doesnt mean they dont have a 'life'. Everyone has their own enjoyment. I dont see why people collect baseball cards. Its just a piece of paper with scribbles all over it. Should you tell them to get a life? If they enjoy the game, why cant they spend money on it?

You misunderstood, personally i would never buy a virtual item from a game, i like spending my money on cars/girls/socialising. BUT i do see why people would buy items for USD, for some of the reasons mentioned earlier in the post about not having time to farm etc.

What i said was sad is the fact some people are actually trying to make money from this game by buying/selling items... they should just find a real job that is much better paid and makes u understand the value of money

my comment was actually in response to undefined's post. I understand what you mean though. But I am thinking of making some money off this game as well. Im working full time atm but when i come home and play, other than pking, i enjoying farming. I would end up having more than what I really need so i dont really see why I shouldnt just sell it. Even if I have everything I already have, i still find excitement with boss hunts and such. But to give up everything in life and to try to make a living of a game is quite sad.

i think most of the babashopping / pus buying to get coins takes away from the game..it feels so good when you farm for 3 days and upgrade an item to +8..or lvl your char to the next lvl..it's just part of the game..

ok lets make some mats..

today i am playing in edana..lets say a +8 shard is 1bl in edana market (if i am lucky enough to find a legit one in merchant)..and the scroll pices is 5m..this means i need to sell 200 scrolls..1 scroll is 180 kc in PUS..
200x180=36.000 kc=360 dollars approx.
in the other hand i can buy 2x+8 shars from babashop by paying 200 dollars...
i have the same whiping risk considering buying from market and buying from babashop..but i will loose less money if i buy from babashop..

for the people who will say farm your own items and upgrade them..i dont have ehough time to play that much..and it doesnt bother me to pay 200 dollars per month for a pc game because it is my hoby..if i wasnt playing KO,i was going to pay that money for some other action..maybe model planing..

the thing about paying 200$ a day/week/month, or w/e, is that it gives u an unfair advantage over players that are actually playing the game.

Lets set an example, a marathon. Everyone starts from the begining. Some have trained for weeks, and some havent. some run all the way to the finish line, they make their best efford to get 1st, they have trrained, suffered and got skills on it. But one guy, who hasnt trained, has no desire to be the best on a honest way says "meh, fck em, i got money, ill just take a cab and get the 1st place... noone said i couldnt"....

altho, sadly im being a hipocrit by saying this cuz i support this by selling items/coins for usd so i can get items that are only being sold by USD.... If i could, i`d buy all for coins, keep the game how its suposed to be, fun instead of proffit, but what else can i do if noone sells good items for coins?

And one thing that is just wrong is buying illegal items, injected by gms or created with duped +8 100% scrolls or w/e... that just destroys the market and the whole server...
