Quick question...has anyone ever gotten a rollback from k2 and how long does the investigation take?For christ sakes they say that they are working on it and I dont hear from them for 5 days after that.
Tempests had a rollback, but from when they rolledback all the accounts who were logged onto from that bug. One other guy got a rollback in about 2 days but could have been faster but had some communication problems
i never EVER got rolledback from that bug.. that may 9th rubbish..
i sent HUNDREDS of support tickets.. only 1 reply which said it had been sent to the right department or something..
i lost several great items which i actually worked my arse off to get.. and now i cant get a roll back when so many other ppl did?

Well of course if you send "hunderds" they won't answer at all <_<
it just annoyed me the way it says.. Premium users will get a response within 24 hrs.. so i sent 1 a day.. until i got pissed off and it turned more into 20 a day..

I guess ill send in another support ticket. Ive tried calling them but no one ever answers its as if everyone in their office is always off on vacation.
Try the BBB thing...someone posted that it worked for them. BBB > K2
