last week i got rolledback when servers went down for maintenance and lost everything i had on my mage account, but they wont do shit cus im bronze and cant send a "General" ticket.
they told me we sent this information to bla bla bla they will look in to the mater bla bla bla
I couldnt play my 20 premium day.
I cant play if i dont have item.
And my acc is not premium now.I dont think i ll buy again. Fuck u K2
