so i was wondering how is this possible ? a lvl 59 holding a personal dagger (lvl70) ? and can still enter ardream ? im rlly lost here..so any ideas ?
did they use a trade hack or like delvl ? and if delvled how did they manage to do it ? did they never do master ? is it still possible ?
During the level jump, some guys done it, go to 74 or less don't realy know, done the personnal quest weapon upgrade it with luck at +7 +8 delevel to 69, (reskill - restat) there is no restriction on the PD only the owner.
It's the only way to got a PD at level 69
U cant join rlb with Personal item, only DCZ

Hm i dont remember really but Riemann in euko told us its legal..
so i made priest 73 dlvl for 59 but not with personal just with quest items and i get this items from 73 lvl and then use in ard and it was legal.

In fact few months ago, unless it has been fixed, i was playing rlb and ppl could get theire personal shield then dlvl and use it for RLBI didnt say u cant see 69 with pd
