Account Under Investigation

Yep, finally after 1 month + 4 days, i got an answer of my 30 lines ticket, they say "Your account is under investigation" is that all because they charge me for 9600kc when i only bought 3200kc lol, so i paid 80$ more + Banned account (When i try to log they say Due the agreement.. blah blah your acc. are Terminated), anyways, my question is this:

¿ What is the worse thing that it can happen to my acc. ? I mean, if my acc. is under investigation, they can leave it banned? :S or what?

Honestly customer support from nttgame is a complete unknown. They clearly have no set strategy of policy. So basically, anything can happen. But the most likely thing is they will do nothing.
