Accounts being banned for Babashopping?

At the risk of stepping into bad territory, I'd like to make a comment on this whole matter. While I'm not pointing fingers at anyone, it should be noted that Korlash has recently been performing investigations for illegal coin gain, suspicious items, and other such bits of ban-worthy behavior. It should also be noted that several thousand accounts were banned yesterday while the game was down under maintenance. It should also be noted that there have been no changes to the APR or any other function that could result in an account being banned, so there aren't any false-positive issues on hand here. Finally, I've been looking into a lot of the claims being made around the forums about accounts that were blocked after the maintenance in case there has been some sort of error, but have not been finding any evidence of a false ban or APR error.

I got banned before for having to much money or money storage (GM told me this). I had like full of money maybe like 25gb cash and items for sale.

But I got a weird reply from my ticket : I bug abuse the chaotic generator with gems if you guys remember when summer start 2010, I only exchange my 3 gems that I earned in cave... anyway never got unbanned.... 999 days ban. Lost like 4-5 iron set in items..
