    Your SQ is shown when you want to change your password or email/personal information regarding an account. So there is no technical way you can "forget" the question. The answer on the other hand.... if you forget it your sol cause you need it to change any info ( as well as changing SQ/SA )

    if you've bought premium and can verify the card numbers used send in a cs ticket.. i did.. and they never got back to me

    I got my SQ and SA changed when i forgot mine. After 1month spamming they changed it :P
