Advertising, false information.

Those questions go towards admin's and mods, don't care about anyone else's opinion. Question is, advertising server on other servers topic is allowed? sending people to spread lies about the servers is allowed? is there any act for that? If not I'll be on my way doing the same.

pretty sure everyone is allowed to give their opinion about a server as long as its not a flame.

Pretty sure you're flaming it. One is opinion and other is bullying and spreading lies. Don't get me wrong saying no users online doesn't mean anything to me that's all good and fair opinion,saying server is closing and re-launching is false advertising and you should be punished for it.

Lmfao so when the owner of the server makes a post about why his server is failing and says that it went from 400 people to 60 people at peak time, what does that mean? Sorry buddy, the server is dead.

Advertising your server on another server's topic is not allowed. But people are allowed to express their opinions. If you're referring to DrevinKO, then I've been monitoring it for days, but nobody has really crossed the line. If people decide to say bad things about a server then sure they can do that, it hasn't been restricted in the past and we won't start now. If people choose to believe that, then it's fine by me. If the server is successful these people shouldn't be able to hurt the server anyways.

Thank you for giving me fair reply, but there has been advertising let me give you an example '' your server will die ,because there is new server 'NAME' coming'' I take that as advertising wouldn't you say so?

I would disagree on that. It's basically limiting people's freedom of speech if we start censoring server names from topics.

Well yes and no. If somebody mentions a server on another server's topic then it's alright unless it's meant as an advertisement. Obviously no casual KO player would seriously bother advertising a private server on another server's topic. For example OldSchoolKO gets mentioned a lot because it's a big server. I'm not going to go around deleting every post where they mention OSKO outside the OSKO topic. Indirect advertising happens every now and then but we will try to keep an eye out for those who clearly are only advertising the another server in the wrong place.
