"This clan is not valid"

im trying to add a person to my clan and i keep getting a message

"this clan is not valid"

when they click accept on the invite..

its an assist that is trying to add.

there is room in the clan, so im not sure why i am getting that message

any ideas?

only cl can add assisting is bugged atm.
