    From what ive always understood. The MP bonus on all accs, has never worked in pvp. Only pve. Only your base MP effects your pvp damage.

    back in the day paper mages will full mp stuff was way over powered so they made it where your base mp only effects your dmg

    Back in the days MP bonus from items didnt help at all, thats why all mages got HP on armors and shit =)
