I think k2 made it to delete after each server restart to decrese money on the server more. Less money less pots to buy, they trying to make u buy those pus pots.So better keep it on server who ever got it, but eventualy it will go on potsor other npc stuff.
Kings should empty out the treasury before server restarts, the treasury resets, simple as that.
