    can someone please explain these payment methods to me since i just newly heard about them and wanna know about fees's sending ways and time and is there charge back or not etc...

    No chargeback AFAIK.

    many people use paypal, but you have to make sure who ever you trading with because many time people charge back. so you need to keep proffs all the time of trades that you do... " PAY THE FEES"
