    No... I don't believe its new servers... I think someone is Packet Flooding the login server because it is just seriously laggy. I managed to get into the Character Select screen and my character did appear, but I couldnt ever get him to walk to me. Took 15 minutes alone just to get him to appear.

    They need to restart login server...

    I remember once while back ago I logged with my ID and PW and someone elses characters appeared on character select screen. I was pretty like wtf. But then after choosing one of them I dced immediately lol

    when I logged in i got that screen and closed it out and went away for a while didnt dare clik on anything,for fear of looseing all ,
