if they say its a C&B issue then u have to deal with C&B .. I called to their office in Germany and was freaking mad , poor guy that answered the phone , he said " Im gonna contact them immediately " , then I called 2 hours later and the guy who answered me told me that they had sent an email to K2 and it will take up to 2 days to get my account unban. Now lets just wait.
