u get slowed with every ice skills this days.it's like you can't even pk with out priest. none stop ice bah. so as my topic say are they gonna fix..this ice thing what ever you wanna call it or does it stay like this forever... :angry:

I think bug was actually when Ice wasnt working properly.
But you are right Ice is really annoying and I hate it too
no, this is not a bug.
Finally k2 fixed the playing style.
now people won't be dumb to be full str or dex, but more hp/resist as before.
Now you NEED 200+ ice resist, with 200+ ice resist you barely get slowed. So for all you warriors out there, get rid of your crap PE's and Raptor8/9's and go go giga and we's !
If you disagree, then deal with being slowed 99% if not 100% of the time.

yea! warriors arent overpowered at all!
They need every statis skill they have to work along with 12k hp and 1500 ac! And a healer and duffer following them around! AQ might as well make the malice % incrase too just to even it out!

but a warrior... its just spamming 1 button, every noob can do that, and thats whats killing me
a rogue without some decent combo (even with uber items) = useless
a warrior without any knowledge of combo = inflicting great damage and hard to beat cause of there defense... (sure if he has some skill it ofcrouse makes his attacks faster)

+1 Scream is working more than before for me to.
Warrior's scream and legcut chances have increased
Ice mages slow have been increased
Rogues skills damage have been increased
Priest's malice/torment % have been increased
Stun has been decreased? (I think they might have fixed this, not sure)
