sounds like the iron bars. when u are high lvl and need iron bars u get a bad droprate. with a low lvl u get them alot -> farm them with ur 2nd char^^

its unbelivable i do some farming for scrolls for war. i get 4 in 3 hours on my nub account clearing moradon 2 spwn. has it been lowered like 2 barly nothing[/b]

wats sad is u spent 3 hours for something such a little increase for all things like a war where damage boost > weapon/armor enchant

as fridu said... your droprate is increasing as long as your level is lower then the mobs... but as soon as you get higher then the mobs it decreases alot -_-
