why not? the fact that he didn't bring proof doesn't mean someone from your clan wasn't luring ( funks just said he kicked some1 bc he saw the lure himself) or that he was lying. it just makes his claim less credible
although, just as it happened, i wouldn't take any sort of action without solid evidence.
