Let me clarify for you, TOS, aka Terms of Service (or Terms of Use on the USKO website), is what says what is right or wrong as far of what to do and what not to do in game related issued. Duping, and supporting Duping, is not right according to the ToS and is awarded with a permanent ban. When the ToS was made, transactions that involved USD weren't bannable, but since dupers abused them to get money, buy scrolls and do rollbacks, K2 decided to make it a bannable offence, yet they didn't put it in action since I don't know anyone banned from doing USD trades, yet they refuse to help people that has done so, even if there's not real way to prove it as far as their reach can get.

You did things with KoM, by matching dots you did things with ChrisOwns, Zaraki and HolyDreams... all cheaters, dupers, DB editors, etc... That, is cheating since is supporting dupers to keep going and aquaring illegal items, lvls, nps, characters... afaik what not.

BTW where did all the avendons come from to make a +8 maybe its legal but i bet the 40 or so in your inn you used to make it weren t. By your own admission you dont play the game so u didnt farm for them. My clan does bifrost all the time we ve never even had 1 avendon drop from the fragments, and now everyone suddenly has +8 bifrost items again. Did tyou make it before u informed ko of the new dupe method
