I'm with Razor on this one. Anvil hates me and I hate it. Got so fed up with the game about 4 months ago I decided to throw everything on anvil and quit. 1st thing I put up was ii+7 no ele on it and had 1 trina so used that....and it went +8.

Stopped upgrading right then and decided not to quit. made 72 +7 cleavers about 1.5 yrs ago and all 72 burned going +8, all with BUS. Sux.

3x cleaver +8 no trina :P
krowaz pauldron rogue +7
2x personal dagger +7
Iron impact +4 rebirth

i dont risk +8

Staying upgrade free for 1 and a half years

Rappy+8 w/ trina
Rogue Chitin Helm+8 no trina

^^ All in about 2hrs time

wood staff+9 for my mage yesterday

All on cwest

oh and if you count +7's then a bunch of +7's. Shards, II's, Rappys, chitins, shells, etc... I am upgrading all the time. No wonder I only have like 10gbs =X

Also like 50x cleaver+8 <--- was the first thing I upgraded

few upgrades after i went orc in cwest

i dun have any "tip" to upgrade i just change bus spot and dont burn items before as u can see in the most of the upgrades

btw just used trina in 4th and 5th upgrade :P

I burned 2 gabs adamants from +5 to +6 WITH trina, so I am def unlucky lol.

Ive never made anything higher then +7 =(

my greatest achievement was burning both my gab when just released, and my ps both goin +7 1 after the other.... after burning A LOT of crap

Making my Gabs ada +7 on cw.

In the beginning i burned 5 gabs with shadow piece in crafting, after that left for ionia. Ionia was fucked up so i came back to CW, i tried 4x Gabs again but this time WITHOUT Shadow Piece, ALL WORKED

(2x ada and 2x blessing, sold the blessings) made both adamants +6, and the first Ada +6 went +7

That is something i concider lucky

This is probably one of my only items i've actually farmed, crafted, upgraded and that i'm using instead of selling
