steam servers are pretty dead. they're alive enough to buy a character and items and get some pk out of it, but theyre to the point any new player joining has no way to make money in game aside from buying GBs, so they'll eventually die out I think.

As far as USKO goes, no idea, I just restarted on altar, without buying GBs, currently level 61 and 45 on human side. So far I've met turkish players who can speak english, but I haven't seen other english players from like europe or usa that I know of, I'm sure there are some, but haven't found any.
