I guess that the more HP the most probably you'll get frozen. If you have low HP you may not get frozen at all, like when someone casts a regular Ice Nova and you don't get slowed. So Tank Priest = Freezing Distance Meat[/b]

basically it is saying this:

full hp = 100% chance

half hp = 50% chance

3/4 hp = 75% chance

1/4 hp = 25% chance

etc etc etc.

How long is the recharge time on the skill?
Can you be bladed to death after the skill has been successfully cast on you and never see mobility again until you respawn?
