1st . stomeitmes its not your fualt that xtrap aint working cause its client side.
2nd. try to flush dns / repair / restet modem
3rd. get some one you really know good that wont send you a keylogger or something liek that

You can try to disable Your antivir for a moment, launch KO, download xtrap files and start antivir again.
