I know CC works for premium. Friend of mine buys it with Visa.

its an estonian bank's debit card's virtual card made on internet bank (bank is called SEB)
basically it works like a credit card, can be used for online payments.

Yep, they fixed buying premium with CC, works fine now, no ticket sending anymore
