well when i applied nation transfer i never knew the clan bug wouldnt let me switch nation.
people told me to spam CS, but they didnt help me, the funny part is that they say
"nation transfer will take between 1 day and 1week", the nation status
was ready like 3 hours after i requested it, when they get money they do their job pretty damn fast
that what makes me mad, so any way making them answer faster?
I haven't gotten an answer on one issue for 3 weeks now, and I'm a gold member...

The customer support is wank. I have to wait 6 days between the responses and they're the most vague ones ever..
Bottom Line: Keep posting after each 24 hours that pass, it's neccessary

I wrote twice in CS for different matters (lost in scrolls cause i bough it cz and another time for dupe wipe) and i got the same excat answer even 1 month has passed between both matters

i send them a massage and it was just fine , answered after about 20 hours .
all u need to do is be nice gentle and to talk english they can understand , thats all .

i made a CS ticket...general inquery or whatever
Make your ticket long and not look like it took you 2 seconds to write. Use grammar and make it look like you actually speak English. Don't use slang; make it seem like a business letter. I did that, and they replied to me within 5 hours, and I don't even have premium.
well thats kinda bullshit, cuz i sent 4 different messages, they answered the first and they all were in the same style.
but it was like "ok"
