Default Any way to ping the cypher SteamKo server?

Not sure if possible but lets say I want to know when the servers are back up after maintenance asap.

Is there a known cypher server ip i can ping?

Or is there a website with a status page or someones twitter that posts right away.

resmon might be possible on windows vista/7 operating systems.

edit: I should clarify. resmon.exe is system resource moniter. you can access it through run function then type resmon or resmon.exe. Then you look for the program knightonline.exe and you can check latency section. This doesn't work on win 8.1 inn my experience.
