it's a "rare item" can't be upgraded, drops from doom soldiers, like 1 outta every million killed or somethin, there's one on c-west.

I already saw weird things on cypher too ages ago here they are:

1) Upgradable raptor with lightning resistance
2) +7 shell paudron, with 10 str and 10def against all (club, axe, dagger, ...)
3) +10 deep scar with flame damage (a rare item with ap of a +8 upgradable) the guy told me he dropped it from TK

So yeah things like that may exist, but like he said its something very rare

Rare items always have lower AP than upgraded items.

only 87 ap and 64 flame damage but it does look sexy

when FD first came out, Balroths dropped all kinds of crazy non-upg items. Stuff like ds 8 with less atp then a +7, mds with flame damage, rappy with str bonus
