nope. u can use it at max speed with minor cooldown. but it makes a sin so much easier. taking away challenge of BEING a sin. if u gonna use pedal, be anothere class....

Now get this in your head: You cannot take out the minor cooldown, it IS server sided! What you can do is change it client side and it would seem to have no cooldown, but the server WONT give you any extra hp, it will give you hp for only those that are Within the cooldown.

Grab a tbl editor and test it out, if you dont believe me.
