anyone else having problems logging in right now

well for some reason at 530am pst, i was trying to sign in on a1 and it was saying successfully logged into ares1 failed logging into game so i went into ares2 after several failed attempts. i get into ares2 and decide to seal some items but it kept saying invalid secret key which was also weird. so i was gonna send in a customer support ticket but it says i haven't activated my account, but i send in many cs tickets.. and now every time im trying to get in it says my account is in use and i can't get in. help anyone?
