They have a list of people with CS i believe, and they are working to get it back to your emails and they cant do it all at one time cause people have diff + shields, My friend got his back but i didnt yet so just give them time i guess. Until they post that no more chitin shields will be given back, THEN we flame their asses but until then, just have patience, do exp quest, and play the waiting game.
