    Yes it worked I checked with kingofknights player guide.

    Skill points match a level 83.
    Stat points match a level 83.

    83lvl friend (hes a mage) just got his item, its ROF

    still got a headache myself... to die and relevel, to pay for reskill/restat or wait k2's redistribution items..

    I got lvl 82, and I think I wil d-lvl and get lvl back, worked for a clannie..

    It just says you successfully registered for the event, its has nothing to do with the free lvl. And since cwest is one of the last servers, i think u just gotta wait.

    Best bet is they will make an xp scroll (Non-tradeable/Store/Sell) that you can activate on your skill bar, and it will give you a level. But that's just a thought.
