Material can be obtained by completing a daily quest at [Hepa Pupil] Shozin NPC in Moradon. It requires 1 Gold Coin and 1 Evil ingot

Uhh, always? There's no 83 cap, no Krowaz, no Juraid, no Bi-frost, no UTC or Dark Knight items.

For the extremely obvious reason that those items are completely overpowered and don't belong on a server that's been out for 2 weeks? These are things that we've known since BEFORE the server came out and its been out for over 2 weeks now.

They will eventually add them later but they aren't sure yet. I hope they don't because those items fucked USKO up.

Bifrost, Juraid and 83 cap are most likely guaranteed to be added later on but I'm pretty sure if people yell loud enough they won't add UTC/Krowaz, I personally don't care all that much about krowaz armour or cursed weapons but definitely don't want UTC.
