Thats the answer i got from CS when im asking if there is anything they can do for me, My Secret question doesn't work and i was hacked 4month ago, and i want a new password so i can start to play again..And were is the general category section ? so i can write there, noone of my friends know, and the only thing i can think of is the forum..and there is no gms to help?

theyre categories suk ass. Do this: write one Really really good CS ticket but not too long. Place it in the General Category if you have premium. Before submitting it, copy it and paste it on a microsoft document so that u can save it for future use. Send in the general category and wait for your computerized response. Then wait 1 week. if nothing is done in one week, submit one more ticket exactly like the ones you posted previously but with one exception: THE BEGINNING.

If you do not have premium, getting your accounts wil be alot harder but you are going to have to toy with their heads. Submit your ticket in billing, complaining about no premium given because of account problems and that you will buy premium if your acct information is returned to you. /goodluck

or just post it and then when you want to repost it select it from the MyKOL page thing and press ctrl + c :P but ya i do that i just keep gettin the same crap they have to transfer it :rollseyes:
