I think you need stone of priest, but it wont cost one everytime you use it, 1 stone in your inventory is enough

Just to mention there is a lvl 72 quest but it is for Massive Binder (Buff Skill).

If you want it, you need 40 cystals to start with.

As said doesn't affect Helis.

u dont need anything accept the points+1 stone of priest which wont be used anyway, not 70's skill either.
btw u can attack with every weapon there is no required weapon.
