update: bought (shattered crystal) and succesfully used cypher scroll to transfer char 20 mins ago

Yeah and double check that you dont have any items on the acc.. u can have one in the bottom left or bottom right.. cant remember.. but i used one yesterday,

and make sure your in d2 when u try 2 seal your char

u dont need premium to seal a character.

i sealed character on a non-prem account with personal shield. PS was sealed, and i didnt unseal it (cause i didnt buy premium for it just to unseal a shield :P)...i just put sealed shield in bottom right corner in inventory and succesfully transfered both char and shield to a new account. no prem on new account also, unseal worked perfectly

all u need is the new digit code and u can do it, just go update it and WIPSSSSSSS u got ur char sealed
