Level 80 weapon/shield quest

Anyone know when they plan on fixing this. I can't find the guy to take the quest, so I take it that it's bugged.

They "might" fix that in "future" as they always say.
Mgame is really slow with fixing bugs what are not so "important" to this game.

And in case it disappears when you go town to take your weapon, relog again.
