I sent two complains through them...

There's a blank where ur supposed to put how much u spent on the company, and i put 0$ (thinking as they say they dont support people who buy from ebay, blablabla). Their response: "we dont offer customer support to people who dont buy prem", so I made another complain, on a different email, and I put the sum of all the premiums I had bought, their response: "We dont offer support to people who buy ingame items other than with in-game cash".
