[AQ K2] GOLD then BRONZE

they charged my friend for GOLD but it never showed up.

without knowing that he bought that gold, i purchased Bronze prem.

my clannies told me i got AQ'ed in the A$$, and that i'll get Bronze prem now.

im gonna send CS ticket asking for the gold ofc i hope they will active it...

for those who did it before me :
what will happen? what prem will i get?

did any1 buy prem in the last 3 months and got "Page cannot be found", and after contacting CS they active it (ofc in daley of like 1-2 days from the payment..)?

if you get lucky a csr might look into it and see in your logs that bronze premium was purchase about the same time and upgrade you.. but that requires getting a lucky draw from the right csr; probably will have to settle for bronze for a few days before you even get an idea of what they plan on doing for you.
