My click and buy account is for some reason blocked, but I've been trying to reach their cs for 1 month now, everytime I call they won't pick up...
Anyone else have this problem?
I already validated my bank account and they charged me like 3 bucks
New question:
when I buy G1 credit do I have to pre fund click and buy? or would they just pull money out of my bank account for me.

my friend used to call them by phone and fix anything when k2 block the acc
maybe you were having a too low bank saldo for the amount of KC/prem you bought.
So clickandbuy couldn't withdraw the money from your account so they blocked it..

mine was blocked too.. i called and after waitin for like 20 mins they fixed it right away.
mine was blocked, but then i called and they said you have to not buy anything for 7 full days, and it will be rdy to buy again
